• Motel rooms feature refrigerators,
shower/tub, double beds. Accommodate 2-5 persons
• Efficiency Rooms have a fully equipped
kitchenette, private ceramic bath. Accommodate
2-7 persons.
• Personal checks are accepted only for
reservation deposits made 2 weeks in advance of
the arrival date.
• Balance is due on arrival. Cash,
Traveler's checks, MasterCard / Visa accepted. No
personal checks are accepted for the balance.
• Additional persons add $10 per person per day.

Reservations
& Policies
A deposit of one night's lodging is required to
confirm your reservation, and is credited to the
last night of your stay. A $200 advance
deposit is required for weekly rentals. Deposits
are refundable minus a $25 service fee if
cancelled 3 weeks before the reserved arrival
date or 4 weeks for holiday reservations.
All deposits must be received within 7 days of
making a reservation. The management will not be
responsible for inclement weather or early
departure.
